From central station (Hauptbahnhof):
Take the S-Bahn line S5 (towards Strausberg Nord), S7 (towards Ahrensfelde) or S9 (towards Berlin-Schönefeld Airport) and get off at the station "Hackescher Markt". Duration: 5 minutes

From Ostbahnhof:
Take the S-Bahn line S5 (towards Westkreuz), S7 (towards Potsdam), S9 (towards Spandau) or S75 (towards Spandau) and get off at the station "Hackescher Markt". Travel time: approx. 5 minutes

From the S-Bahn station "Hackescher Markt" to Integrata:
Take the rear exit ‘Museumsinsel’ and exit to the right.
Keep to your right and go along the bank of the Spree towards the Berlin Cathedral (Berliner Dom).
The Spreepalais is located directly at the Cathedral Bridge (Dom-Brücke).
Take the main entrance and then the lift to the first floor.

Arrival by car
From Nuremberg, Hanover, Hamburg, Leipzig:
Take the Berlin urban motorway (city ring road/Stadtring) towards Charlottenburg.
Take the exit "Kaiserdamm" towards the city centre (Zentrum), keep driving straight ahead and turn right before the Brandenburg Gate (Brandenburger Tor) and drive towards Potsdamer Platz. Turn left at the next exit, then left again onto the street "Unter den Linden" and drive towards Alexanderplatz (television tower). Cross over the 2nd Spreebrücke (Sea Life Centre) and drive into the next possible car park entrance.

From Dresden:
From the motorway junction "Schönefelder Kreuz" take the exit "Zentrum", continue on the main roads through the areas Treptow and Friedrichshain towards the city centre (Mitte/Zentrum). Drive past "Rotes Rathaus" towards "Hackescher Markt". At the next big crossroads (Sea Life Centre) drive into the next possible car park entrance.

Arrival by plane
From Berlin-Tegel International Airport
Take the TXL bus (towards Mollstraße/Prenzlauer Allee) and get off at the stop (Alexanderplatz) Spandauerstr./corner Marienkirche. From there it is about a 5-minute walk to the training centre.
Duration: 40 minutes
Travel time by taxi approx. 20 minutes.
From Berlin-Schönefeld Airport
A) From the terminal it is a 6-minute walk to the S-Bahn station. Take the S9 (towards Spandau).
Duration: 40 minutes
B) From the terminal it is a 6-minute walk to the S-Bahn station. Take the RE7 (towards Dessau) to the station Ostbahnhof, change to the S9 (towards Spandau) and get off at the station "Hackescher Markt". Duration: 30 minutes
