In this workshop you will learn and try out the principles of cross-cultural competence in conjunction with project management. You will learn the most important differences between national and international projects. You will get a collection of practice-oriented models and methods which you can use to organise your international activities in a project management environment.

Communication:
Basics of cross-cultural communication - Context-related communication according to Hall - Perception - Interpretation - Active listening.
Leadership:

Practical use in projects:
